Check-in: Your room will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out: Your room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Depending on availability, you can keep your room until 6:00 p.m. if you book a late check-out for €50.

We kindly ask you to leave your car keys at the reception desk in case your car needs to be moved. Thank you very much.

You are welcome to settle your room bill at the reception desk by 9:00 p.m. on the evening before your departure.

Your bathrobe is waiting for you in your room. Towels are available in the wellness area.
For environmental reasons, we no longer provide disposable slippers in the rooms. Slippers are available on request at reception.

You can order your favorite bread for home delivery by 7:00 p.m. on the day before your departure at the reception desk. Information about the bread selection is available from the staff at the breakfast buffet or at the reception desk. Please note that we cannot order large loaves marked with a red dot on Sundays.

Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

We will be happy to issue your desired ski passes for you at our reception and charge them to your room account.
Please let us know by 7:00 p.m. the evening before which ski passes you would like us to issue for you. This will help us avoid long waiting times in the morning.

You can charge your electric car in our garage for a fee of €20. Please inform reception if you would like to charge your car. We will be happy to park it for you and connect it.
If you prefer to charge it yourself, please return the key to reception afterwards.

The fitness room is located on the first floor, next to the wellness area, and is equipped with a treadmill, an exercise bike, wall bars with exercise mats, a cardio machine, and a multi-station weight machine.

A snack and beverage vending machine is available to our guests in the ski room on the first floor
