This week, you will learn how the 7 principles that have helped PILATES -Bodymotion further develop classic Pilates training will restore balance and wellbeing to your body. In addition to the breathing and centering, shoulder girdle organization as well as looseness and relaxation are in the foreground.
With the help of this sensitive training method back pain, shoulder - neck - distress and many other tension imbalances in the body can be compensated. From stabilizing to mobilizing, everything is there that does your body good.
