Walserberg delicacies

Quality and cuisine go hand in hand. As far as possible we only use regional products from the surrounding area and the so called 'GenussRegion' Austria (literally translatable as 'Gourmet Region'). The fresh bread and pastries are prepared in our own bakery - a tradition-rich handicraft business in Warth. We would like to enchant with culinary delights and fulfil every wish. We are also happy to prepare special dishes that correspond to your individual diet as well as lactose- and gluten-free delicacies.

A good morning starts in the mountains.

Do you belong to those holidaymakers who want to have a relaxing lie-in and are happy that no alarm clock rings? Or are you one of those who welcomes the day with a smile as soon as the first sun rays sparkle through the window?

The lovely laid table, a heartfelt smile, a perfectly foamed cappuccino and the feeling that we've been only waiting for you - all these small details turn your morning at the Walserberg into a very beautiful one. Our breakfast buffet offers a great choice of healthy products and deliciacies. Yum yum! ... The aroma of fresh rolls or croissants is in the air - our own bakery provides us with warm, homemade bread and pastries daily. The popular Walserberg Bircher Muesli, the milk from local farmers, delicious jam, freshly prepared egg dishes and much more - is there any better way to start the day?

A delicious evening with gourmet menu.

Feast and enjoy our deliciacies from the cuisine and the wine cellar to your heart's content. Our kitchen crew prepares creative culinary delights daily. The 5-course Walserberg gourmet menu starts with a healthy salad, various starters and seasonal soups. Afterwards you enjoy your main course which you've chosen beforehand. Exquisite desserts enthrall all guests with a sweet tooth.

Our sommelier Simon Walch is happy to recommend a perfectly matching wine to your menu.

Children can choose their favourite dish from our kids' menu as well as bits and pieces from the Walserberg gourmet menu of their parents.

End the day with a special delight.

A digestif, a glass of wine with friends in our Walser lounge or hotel bar form a comfortable ambience to end the day in the Walserberg. The new in-drink is definitely GIN TONIC. We also have our very own Walserberg Gin - the TOM GIN, which we have distilled with friends at a distillery in Tyrol. According to one's own taste the noble gin is distilled with various different herbs and served with fruity or spicy aromas.

In vino veritas!
